Here's an updated **Booking Cancellation Policy** considering that you are the service provider: Booking Cancellation Policy : 1. **Cancellation by Client**: - Clients may cancel their booking with a minimum of **three (2) days’ written notice** prior to the scheduled service date. - If cancellation occurs after services have been partially or fully rendered (e.g., completion of a photo shoot), all agreed-upon service fees will remain due as per the terms agreed in writing. 2. **Cancellation by Scale360**: - In the event Scale360 needs to cancel or reschedule the services due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client will be notified at the earliest possible time. - Scale360 will work with the Client to reschedule at a mutually convenient time or issue a **full refund** for any prepaid fees related to the canceled services. 3. **No-Show by Scale360**: - If Scale360 is unable to provide the scheduled services without proper notice, the Client will be entitled to a **full refund of any prepaid fees**, and efforts will be made to reschedule at no additional cost. 4. **Refund Policy**: - Refunds for cancellations or disruptions caused by Scale360 will be processed promptly. Hosting fees or annual renewals are non-refundable once activated.
